I joined Top Tots in July 2023 as Nursery Manager. Prior to that, I was a Manager of a Nursery and Preschool in a rural setting for 3 years.
After starting my career in finance since I left school, I decided to get into education and teaching after having my own children. I have now been teaching children for over 16 years ages from 6mths up to 16 years. I've taught in a Secondary School in Hampshire as well as a Primary school here in Portsmouth. It was 10 years ago that I decided to focus more on Early Years.
Working with children is more than just a job. It is a chance to make a difference. It is the enjoyment and satisfaction of being involved in a child's development - You get to be involved in the start of their journey.
