Hi I'm Charlotte, and I am one of the Managers at Top Tots Hedgerow House. I have worked in Early Years since 2011 and have completed various training courses including a level 2 SEN accreditation and a level 2 in team leading. I pride myself on the positive relationships that I have working with both our parents and children and supporting them to grow and learn throughout their time with us.
