After the early success of Top Tots Day Nursery opened by my wife in 2006 I came on board full to help with the increasing paperwork and admin to allow Mel to focus more of her time on the children. I have now worked full time for the nursery since 2009 and it’s been a very fulfilling career change seeing all the children thrive and develop on their journeys. My main roles are HR and finances along with a bit of DIY.
