Hello, my name is Taylor and I have been part of Top Tots since 2011. Along my journey I became a Mum to two boys who are now 5 and 9. When I started my childcare journey as an apprentice and instantly found a passion for providing the best learning and experiences to children within early years. I have attended a variety of training over my years some of which are the Portage training and Level 2 Send Accreditation. The rewards of watching children grow inspired me to further my career and knowledge and I am now a learning and development Area Manager and recently was given an opportunity to become a of director of Union Street alongside (names) within my role I am able to work across all sites offering guidance and training to our Top Tots staff teams ensuring we provide the best quality of education.
